1. Information We Collect

When you install and use Hopover, we collect your Shopify store address, session token, and source WooCommerce store URL. We process product, customer, and order data strictly to perform the migration you request.

2. How Data is Used

Data is used exclusively to transfer records from WooCommerce into Shopify. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your store data or customer information in any way.

3. Data Retention

We adhere to a Zero-Retention model. Catalog items and customer records are not stored permanently. Intermediate mappings and encrypted keys are purged automatically after 7 days of inactivity or upon app uninstall.

4. GDPR and Merchant Rights

We comply fully with Shopify GDPR mandatory webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Requests are processed within 48 hours.
