Will my WooCommerce store go down during the migration?

No. Hopover only reads from your WooCommerce store using read-only API requests. Your customers can continue browsing and purchasing without disruption.

What happens if my connection drops while migrating?

Migrations run as background worker jobs on our servers. You can close your browser tab, turn off your computer, or lose your internet connection: the job continues safely and you can return to the app at any time to see progress.

How does the 30-day delta sync work?

Before switching your domain DNS to Shopify, click Run delta sync on the Finish screen. The engine checks for new products and orders created since your last run and copies only the new records without creating duplicates.
